These terms and conditions govern the purchase of high-precision phonographic supports (180g Vinyl, Master Tapes, Gold CDs, and High-Resolution Digital Files) through the official Bird Box Records S.r.l.s. portal. Every production we release stands radically apart from industrial consumer goods; it is conceived as a handcrafted work of art. Our mission is the "Analog Resistance": we reject digital sonic standardization in favor of the real breath of music and the acoustic truth of the recorded moment.

1.2 Ethical Use of the Portal and Intellectual Property

The user agrees to use the site exclusively for lawful purposes, refraining from transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature. All content—including text, graphics, logos, and audio samples—is protected by copyright; any violation of intellectual property rights will result in the immediate termination of services and potential legal action. We reserve the absolute right to refuse sale or service to any individual, at any time, should the principles of fairness and good faith be breached.

1.3 Exclusivity, Limited Editions, and Pricing

Due to the elite nature of our publications, the Customer acknowledges the following:

• Limited Print Runs: Many works are hand-numbered and released in strictly limited quantities; once sold out, they attain collector’s value and will not be repressed in the same configuration.

• Price Fluctuations: Product prices are subject to update without notice, based on the rarity of the support or fluctuations in the cost of raw materials (such as lacquers or magnetic tapes).

• Purchase Restrictions: To ensure equitable distribution among collectors, we reserve the right to limit the number of copies available for purchase per individual user, household, or geographic area.

 

1.4 User Responsibility and Information Accuracy

The Customer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. To guarantee the integrity of delivery for such delicate goods, it is essential that the shipping address and fiscal data are complete and correct. Bird Box Records shall not be held liable for failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or obsolete information provided during the checkout process.

1.5 Full and Binding Acceptance

The submission of a purchase order through the website’s electronic system constitutes an explicit declaration: the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms, as well as the technical specifications inherent to analog reproduction.
