2. SHIPPING & LOGISTICS POLICY

2.1 "Master Reel & Audiophile Vinyl" Protection Protocol

Given the extreme delicacy and high artistic value of our media, Bird Box Records adopts a superior packaging standard:

• Rigid Containers: Every magnetic tape and vinyl record is placed in specific protective containers designed to withstand physical shocks, moisture, and pressure changes during air transit.

• Full Insurance: Every shipment is covered by mandatory insurance for the full declared value of the product. This ensures maximum protection for the collector in the event of loss or verified damage.

 

2.2 Processing Times and Pre-Order Management

Orders for in-stock products are processed within the timeframes required for final quality control. For Pre-orders, the indicated shipping date is an estimate: the artisanal nature of our production (such as hand-numbering and cutting tests) may require additional time to ensure our hallmark excellence. Any delays due to force majeure or logistical issues of the carriers are not attributable to the Company.

2.3 International Shipping, Duties, and Customs Charges

Bird Box Records ships worldwide. However, for shipments to non-EU countries (including USA, UK, Switzerland, Asia), the Customer is solely responsible for:

• Payment of customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees required by local regulations.

• These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping rates displayed on the website and will be requested directly by the courier or customs authorities upon entry into the destination country.

2.4 Mandatory "Acceptance with Reserve" Procedure

This is a binding clause for the Customer:

• Upon delivery, the Customer is obliged to carefully inspect the integrity of the packaging.

• If there are any dents, holes, signs of tampering, or carrier tape, the Customer MUST accept the package by writing on the delivery note (or digital device): "Accepted with specific reserve for damaged/dented package".

• Important: Without this specific note, the insurance will not cover the damages, and Bird Box Records will be unable to proceed with refunds or replacements for physical or magnetic malfunctions resulting from transport.
