Today, we want to take you behind the scenes of an incredible recording session featuring two absolute heavyweights of the artistic world:


  • Armando Bertozzi: A true master of drums and percussion, a composer, and a relentless rhythmic researcher. With a monumental career boasting historical collaborations, dozens of solo albums, and a unique approach that blends jazz with ancestral polyrhythms, Bertozzi brings an overwhelming energy and percussive dynamic to our grooves.

  • Pericle Odierna: An extraordinary multi-instrumentalist, composer, and conductor, long active across jazz, classical music, and cinema. Winner of the prestigious Globo d'Oro award and creator of internationally acclaimed film scores, Odierna combines a sublime melodic sensitivity with a technical mastery of woodwinds that dialogues flawlessly with Bertozzi’s groove.


Watching them perform live together — with no safety net, recording entirely in analog — was an absolute privilege. Odierna’s rich, immersive woodwinds and Bertozzi's three-dimensional rhythmic patterns melt into a deeply physical and visceral listening experience.
